This chapter puts you in the boots of Sam, a marine who was posted to an embassy when the bombs fell and has spent years hoping to get home. He leaves the crew behind and reaches a harbour city wrecked by a tsunami, a sprawl of flooded docks, gutted industry and collapsing apartment blocks. The layout is a sandbox, so you pick routes, decide when to fight and when to slip past, and read the map for supplies. Local factions hold the ruins, and a way across the ocean is the only prize that matters. The waterlogged setting brings hazards of its own, and every survival habit from the main campaign carries over intact.
