Trust and safety

Who sells on Andalu, whether keys are genuine, and how your payment and personal information are kept safe.

Are the game keys on Andalu genuine?

Yes. Every key is the platform's own product key for the platform and region named on its listing, sold by Andalu and issued for your order. The platform itself checks the key when you redeem it, so you know straight away. If it doesn't work, buyer protection gets you a replacement or a refund.

How does Andalu protect me if something goes wrong?

Andalu checks every order, covers it with buyer protection, and replaces or refunds a key that doesn't work, with no claim fee. It protects you at three points. Before you buy, each game's page tells you whether its key activates on your account. When you pay, the price can't go up and your card details stay with Stripe. After you buy, if a key doesn't work, we replace it or refund you, with no claim fee.

Why can Andalu's prices be lower than the platform's own store?

Because Andalu runs lean and shows one all-in price, with currency conversion and payment processing included. The price you see is the price you pay. Keys are also sold for the region they activate in, and some publishers price a region lower.

Is my payment information safe on Andalu?

Yes. You enter your card details on a payment page run by Stripe, so they never pass through Andalu, and we never see or store your card number. Andalu's checkout asks only for your email, name, phone number and country. We use them for your order, for support, and to keep fraud off the site.

Who sells the products on Andalu?

Andalu does. Every game key and eSIM plan on the site is sold and delivered by Andalu itself. There are no third-party sellers on Andalu today, so every order has one seller, one set of rules and one support team. Each game's page says so, just above the buy button.

Someone asked me to pay with a game key or gift card. Is it a scam?

Yes. No real tax office, bank, police force, tech support team, delivery company or prize draw will ever ask you to pay with a game key or a gift card. Scammers ask for them because a code can be spent in seconds and can't be traced or reversed. If someone is telling you to buy a key and read them the code, stop. Don't buy it and don't share it.

Where do Andalu's game keys and eSIM plans come from?

Every game key on Andalu is the platform's own product key, for the platform and region shown on its listing, and Andalu sells it to you. eSIM plans come from an eSIM provider and run on local 4G or 5G networks where you're going. Every price is all-in: the product, Andalu's service and payment processing, with nothing added at checkout.
