Is Andalu a marketplace for other sellers?

Not today. Selling by other shops is switched off, so you never buy from a stranger on Andalu. Every listing, price and order is ours.

Where do the products come from?

Every game key is the platform's own product key for the platform and region on its listing, and eSIM plans come from an eSIM provider. Andalu sells both to you. See [Where do Andalu's game keys and eSIM plans come from?](/help/trust-security/how-does-andalu-source-products)

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

Us. Contact us with your order number and the exact message you see. We reply by email, usually within a day. See [How does Andalu protect me?](/help/trust-security/how-does-andalu-protect-me)

Do the same rules apply to every product?

Yes. Because every order is ours, the same pricing, support and buyer protection rules apply across the site. A game key that doesn't work is replaced or refunded, with no claim fee.

Who sells the products on Andalu?

Andalu does. Every game key and eSIM plan on the site is sold and delivered by Andalu itself. There are no third-party sellers on Andalu today, so every order has one seller, one set of rules and one support team. Each game's page says so, just above the buy button.
