Why can Andalu's prices be lower than the platform's own store?
Because Andalu runs lean and shows one all-in price, with currency conversion and payment processing included. The price you see is the price you pay. Keys are also sold for the region they activate in, and some publishers price a region lower.
In short, the price you see includes currency conversion and payment processing, so nothing is added at checkout. eSIM plans are priced the same way.
A lower price doesn't change what you get. The platform checks the key when you redeem it, and buyer protection covers a key that doesn't work.
