Do you buy keys straight from the game publishers?

Not from each publisher directly. The key is still the platform's own product key: the platform checks it when you redeem it, so you know straight away that it's real.

Is my key issued for my order?

Why don't you name your suppliers?

We keep our supplier relationships private. It doesn't change who you deal with: every order is sold by Andalu, and you contact us if anything goes wrong.

How are eSIM plans priced?

The same way as keys: the price you see includes currency conversion and payment processing, so nothing is added at checkout. Plans are shown in your currency.

How does this keep prices low?

Where do Andalu's game keys and eSIM plans come from?

Every game key on Andalu is the platform's own product key, for the platform and region shown on its listing, and Andalu sells it to you. eSIM plans come from an eSIM provider and run on local 4G or 5G networks where you're going. Every price is all-in: the product, Andalu's service and payment processing, with nothing added at checkout.

We don't name our suppliers. That changes nothing for you: Andalu is the seller of every order, and our buyer protection covers every key and eSIM we sell.
