How do I find my order later without an account?

Your key arrives by email, so keep that email: it's your copy of the order. Or [sign in](/account/signin) with the same email to see every order sent to it. Search your inbox for your order number, like #42101, to find it again. Lost it? Select **Lost your order email? Get it again** on the [contact page](/contact). Your order page shows the order's progress, and you can reopen it from your browser's history: search for **Order confirmation | Andalu**.

Why does checkout need my mobile number?

It keeps stolen cards off Andalu. You confirm the number with a text code before you pay. Only mobile numbers work.

Do I need an account for buyer protection?

No. Buyer protection covers every order. If your key can't be used, contact us with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. See [How do I file a buyer protection claim?](/help/buyer-protection/how-do-i-file-a-claim)

Is checking out as a guest safe?

Yes. You enter your card on Stripe's secure payment page, not on Andalu, and Andalu never sees your full card number. See [Is entering my card details on Andalu safe?](/help/payments/is-entering-my-card-safe)

Does Andalu save my details for next time?

Your email, name and last verified phone number: this device remembers them for next time. They are stored only on the device, and a "Not you?" link clears them. Your phone confirmation lasts 7 days on the same device, so you won't be asked for a new code every time.

Do I need to create an account to buy?

No. An account is optional, and you can always check out as a guest. At checkout you give your email, your name, your mobile number and your country, and you confirm the number with a code we text you. After you pay, your key or eSIM arrives by email, and your order page shows the order's progress.
