How do I sign in to my Andalu account?
You sign in to Andalu with your email address and a 6-digit code we email you. There is no password to remember and no link to click. The first time you sign in, the code creates your account, and every order you placed with that email shows up in it, including orders from before you had an account.
An account is optional. You can always buy as a guest.
Before you start
The email address you use for your Andalu orders.
Access to that inbox on any device: you can read the code on your phone and type it on your laptop.

Select Sign in at the top of any page, or go to Sign in.

Enter your email and select Send code.

Open the email from Andalu, find the 6-digit code, and type it on the sign-in page.

Select Sign in. You're signed in for 30 days on that device, and each visit keeps you signed in longer.
Frequently asked questions
Still stuck?
No email after a minute or two: check your spam and promotions folders, then select Send a new code.
"That code didn't work": check the six digits in the newest email. A code works for 10 minutes and only once, a new code replaces the old one, and 5 wrong tries stop it. Send a new one.
"Please wait": after many wrong tries for one email address, sign-in for it pauses for up to an hour.
