Ziggurat

Each run generates a new layout of rooms and corridors filled with monsters, and players fight through them casting spells from staves, wands, and other magical armaments picked up along the way. Defeated enemies and chests drop relics and upgrades that alter the wizard's abilities for the remainder of the run, encouraging different builds each time. Death sends the player back to the start with progress reset, though some unlocks carry over between attempts, giving repeated runs a sense of gradual advancement.
