Isonzo

Players join large infantry battles as riflemen, machine gunners, officers, or specialist roles, fighting across reconstructed mountain and trench environments based on real battle sites from the Italian campaign. Combat centers on class-based objective fighting, with squads pushing or defending lines across multi-stage maps that escalate through several phases of an engagement.

The game emphasizes historically grounded weapons and equipment specific to the Italian Front, including bolt-action rifles, early machine guns, and mountain artillery, distinguishing it from shooters set in the more commonly depicted Western Front.
