Dead Pixels

A toxic spill reaches the water supply and the recently dead climb back out of the ground. You work your way across an infested city street by street, entering on the left and fighting to the exit on the right, with evacuation waiting somewhere on the far side. Each street is a small survival problem. Ammunition is finite, the undead close from both directions, and shops and houses along the way can be entered and stripped for weapons, ammunition, health, and junk worth trading. Survivors you meet will buy and barter, so the loop is shoot, loot, restock, push on. Over a hundred weapons, grenades, and items sit in the pool, from pistols and shotguns up to far heavier hardware. Experience earned from kills goes into stats you pick yourself, which lets you build toward speed, damage, or endurance. The city is procedurally generated, so street layouts, shop contents, and encounters change every run.
