Unknown 9: Awakening

Haroona is a Quaestor, born with a rare ability to slip into the Fold, a hidden dimension layered over the real world. As she learns to draw on its power. She becomes the target of a splinter faction called the Ascendants, who intend to use the same power to rewrite the course of human history. The story unfolds across a series of distinct real-world-inspired settings spanning different eras and cultures.

Combat blends direct fighting with Fold-based abilities: players can possess enemies to control them from within, slip past threats unseen, dodge incoming attacks, and hurl bursts of energy at opponents. Encounters can be approached through stealth, straight combat, possession, or evasion, and the same obstacle often supports more than one solution depending on how a player chooses to use Haroona's powers.

• Fold Possession Haroona can step inside enemies to control their actions directly from within the Fold.
• Multiple Approaches Every encounter can be tackled through stealth, direct combat, possession, or evasion.
• Dimensional Powers Fold abilities let Haroona vanish from sight, slip past attacks, and channel energy at opponents.
• Connected Story The narrative ties into a larger continuing storyline that extends beyond this single game.
