Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation

Players guide Lara through large multi-room tombs and temple complexes, solving lever, block, and timed-jump puzzles while navigating traps and fighting mummies and other enemies with firearms and melee weapons. Levels are structured around exploring ancient Egyptian architecture, requiring climbing, swimming, and precise platforming to reach hidden areas and progress.

The story begins with a flashback showing a younger Lara before returning to the present-day plot, giving background not shown in earlier entries. Compared to previous games in the series, movement includes an expanded set of acrobatic moves such as crawling through tight spaces and hand-to-hand combat without weapons.

• Egyptian Tomb Settings Levels are built around temples, tombs, and ruins inspired by ancient Egypt.
• Expanded Movement Lara gains new moves including crawling and unarmed hand-to-hand combat.
• Environmental Puzzles Progress depends on solving lever, block, and timed platforming puzzles.
• Flashback Prologue The story opens with a sequence showing a younger version of Lara.
