Tokyo Psychodemic

Players take on the role of an investigator assigned to reopen cases marked unsolvable, working through crime scenes using a set of forensic tools. Reviewing surveillance footage and photographs reveals a victim's movements and timeline, while close examination of physical evidence uncovers items, persons and locations connected to each case. Every clue gets pinned to an evidence board that maps how the pieces fit together.

Case outcomes depend on how thoroughly the evidence gets connected, so players consult colleagues and specialists to interpret ambiguous findings before drawing a final conclusion. The story blends hand-drawn illustration with live-action footage to depict crime scenes and testimony side by side. Content includes graphic depictions of violence and its aftermath, reflecting the grim nature of the cases under investigation.
