About this game

Players guide Robert through whimsical forest and village locations, solving puzzles by collecting items, casting simple spells, and talking to a cast of anthropomorphic animal characters. The story follows his apprenticeship under a rabbit-like mentor figure as he learns magic and uncovers secrets about the world he has entered.

Hand-painted backgrounds and a gentle, storybook tone distinguish it from darker adventure games, with puzzles generally solved through exploration and item combination rather than time pressure or failure states. This edition packages the base game with additional bonus content beyond the core story.

  • Storybook Art Style Locations are rendered as hand-painted illustrated scenes with a fairy-tale tone.
  • Magic Item Puzzles Robert collects and uses magical objects to solve puzzles throughout the world.
  • Animal Cast Most characters Robert meets are anthropomorphic woodland animals.
  • Apprenticeship Story The plot follows Robert's training as a magician under an experienced mentor.
