The Expanse: A Telltale Series

The player takes on the role of Camina Drummer, a hardened officer navigating politics, danger, and survival aboard a salvage vessel operating in the outer reaches of the solar system. Gameplay centers on exploration of ship interiors and station environments, conversations with a cast of crewmates and adversaries, and choice-driven dialogue that shapes relationships and the direction of the unfolding story. Quick-time interactions punctuate key action moments, while investigation sequences have the player piecing together clues and examining objects to advance the plot. Decisions made throughout the story carry weight, influencing which characters trust or oppose the player and how later chapters play out, in keeping with the branching-narrative structure associated with this style of adventure game. The setting draws heavily on the political tension, class conflict, and hard science-fiction tone established by its source material, placing the player at the center of a personal story set against a larger interplanetary struggle.
