Talisman - The Realm of Souls Expansion

It requires the base game, Talisman: Digital Edition, and does not function without it. In the base game, players race a chosen character around a board, drawing adventure cards and battling toward the Crown of Command. This expansion's story has the King of the Dead breaching the Veil separating the living from the dead, releasing spirits into the world. When a character dies, they become a ghost instead of leaving the game, marking their old space with a grave and continuing to play as a spirit. A ghost can fight to return to life, and living characters can also cross into the Veil through other means during play. Three new characters join the roster: the Archon, a spell caster who builds up overload tokens; the Spectre Collector, who gathers spirits; and the Clairvoyant, who manipulates fate. The set adds 70 Veil Cards along with 6 adventure cards, 3 spell cards, 3 terrain cards and 2 alternative endings.
