Talisman - The Nether Realm Expansion

In the base game, characters travel the board's outer ring, gathering Strength, Craft, Lives, Fate and Gold before attempting the guarded path to the Crown of Command. Movement is driven by dice rolls, and landing on board spaces triggers Adventure Cards adding Events, Followers, Enemies, Places, Strangers or Objects to the game. This expansion adds a Nether Deck of 36 cards packed with some of the toughest enemies in the game, plus three alternative ending scenarios. In the Gauntlet ending, players fight through a continuous line of Nether Realm enemies blocking the final approach to the Crown. In the Hunt, the first player to defeat four enemies drawn from the Nether Deck and then reach the Crown wins the game outright. In Pandora's Box, whoever reaches the Crown must then survive a drawn-out battle against a stack of Nether Cards that grows with every opponent in the game. This content requires the base fantasy adventure board game to play and cannot be used on its own.
