Quantum Break

Players control Jack Joyce, who gains powers such as freezing enemies in place, dodging quickly through short bursts of time, and creating protective time bubbles during combat encounters against armed soldiers. The game alternates between action sequences and filmed television-style episodes that show events from the antagonist's perspective, with choices made during gameplay affecting which version of certain episodes plays. Combat combines gunplay with these time powers, letting players slow down groups of enemies or move quickly across short distances to outmaneuver them during firefights.

• Time Manipulation Powers Abilities let players freeze, slow, or dodge through time during fights.
• Live-Action Episodes Filmed television segments extend the story from another character's viewpoint.
• Branching Story Choices Certain decisions affect which episode content plays out.
• Third-Person Combat Firearms and time powers combine in real-time encounters.
