Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden

Players lead a small squad of mutant characters, including the boar-like Bormin and the duck-like Dux, sneaking through ruined environments to avoid or ambush enemy patrols before combat shifts into a turn-based mode. Positioning, cover, and overwatch matter heavily once fighting starts, and engaging a large enemy group without preparation can quickly overwhelm the squad. Between missions, players explore a hub area, upgrade weapons and gear, and recruit additional mutant companions who bring their own abilities to the squad.

• Stealth-to-Combat Transition Exploration is real-time and stealth-based until combat is triggered.
• Mutant Squad Members Playable characters include mutated animal-human hybrids with unique abilities.
• Turn-Based Tactical Combat Once triggered, fights use turn-based positioning, cover, and overwatch.
• Weapon and Gear Upgrades A hub area lets players improve equipment between missions.
• Post-Apocalyptic Setting The game world is a ruined, overgrown remnant of civilization.
