Leximan

The player enrolls at a magic academy after the school comes under attack and must rely on an unusual power called Leximancy to push back. Instead of fixed spell lists, players build incantations on the fly from floating word pieces, producing effects such as summoning, calming. Enlarging, enraging, or exploding whatever the word targets, which opens many different solutions to the same puzzle.

Exploration takes the player through magical environments, city streets, and a wizard prison, with an eccentric cast of characters offering dialogue and side puzzles along the way. A variety of standalone minigames sits alongside the core word-spelling system, and hidden collectible hats reward players who wander off the main path to look around.
