Forest Legends: The Call of Love Collector's Edition

You play Eveline, a young woman whose beloved Aurelio has been seized by his own kind, shape-shifting werecats who mean to put him to death. Setting out to reach him, she crosses a forest of talking creatures, hidden shrines and old magic, and learns that her own history is stranger than she believed. Play alternates between searching cluttered scenes for objects and solving puzzles that gate the way forward. Many scenes ask you to work out what an item is for rather than tick it off a list, so a found object often becomes the key to the next obstacle. Dozens of puzzles and mini-games break up the hunting, and the cast you meet along the way includes a dancing scarecrow, a trapped pixie and a healer with a secret. Two difficulty settings are offered, a relaxed casual mode and a tougher expert mode with less help. This Collector's Edition adds a bonus chapter that fills in the story behind the main plot, together with downloadable music, concept art and desktop wallpapers.
