Evergate

The core mechanic lets Ki spin Aureus around herself to teleport short distances, and this single ability is expanded across the game into layered puzzles involving portals, elemental hazards, and moving platforms. Levels are built from stylized, glowing dioramas representing fragments of Ki's past, and solving each area's puzzles reveals more of the story behind her life and the sister she is searching for in the afterlife.

The game separates its challenge into two tracks: a story mode focused on straightforward traversal, and an optional set of harder puzzle rooms for players who want tighter platforming tests. Its visual style uses saturated color palettes and painterly backdrops to distinguish each memory from the last.

• Spin Teleport Mechanic Ki teleports to Aureus by spinning around it, forming the basis of every puzzle.
• Memory-Based Levels Each stage is a stylized diorama representing a specific memory.
• Two Difficulty Tracks A story-focused path and a separate set of harder optional puzzle rooms are both included.
• Narrative Through Environment Story details are revealed by exploring and solving each memory rather than through long cutscenes.
