Empathy: Path of Whispers

The player steps into other people's memories, told from multiple first-person perspectives, to piece together what caused the world's silent collapse. Emotions in this world take physical form, appearing as objects suspended in the air that the player can reach out and manipulate. Manipulating these emotional objects reshapes the surrounding environment, opening paths, solving puzzles and revealing new areas to explore. Progress comes from wandering deeper into the world's past rather than from combat or timed challenges, since the pace stays deliberate and exploratory. Each memory the player uncovers adds another piece to the wider mystery of how the world's balance was lost and what restoring it might mean. The overall experience leans on atmosphere and mood over dialogue, letting the environment itself carry most of the story.
