Dragon Age: Inquisition | Game of the Year Edition

The player creates a custom Inquisitor from several races and classes, then travels across large open areas completing quests, gathering resources, and recruiting companions who can be brought along in a party of four for real-time combat that can be paused to issue tactical commands.

Choices made in conversation and quests affect companion approval, local politics, and the eventual state of the world by the story's end.

Base building matters too, as the Inquisition's fortress, Skyhold, can be upgraded and staffed with advisors who each offer different strategic options on the war table. The Game of the Year Edition bundles the base campaign with all three story expansions and previously separate deluxe content.

• Tactical Real-Time Combat Pause the action to issue commands to a four-person party.
• Companion Relationships Dialogue choices shape approval and personal storylines for recruited allies.
• War Table Strategy Send advisors on missions that affect the wider world outside active quests.
• Complete Expansion Set This edition includes Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, and Trespasser.
