The Final Cut adds full voice acting for the entire cast, along with new questlines and political vision quests that expand on the original release's ideological content. Isometric exploration lets the player wander Revachol's streets, apartments, and waterfront at their own pace, uncovering environmental details and optional side stories. The writing is dense and reactive, with skill checks that can fail memorably and still push the story forward in unexpected directions.
