Daydream: Forgotten Sorrow

The dreamscape drifts between floating castles, dense forests and dark caves as fading recollections reshape the world around them. Griffin can send his bear, Birly, into gaps he cannot reach himself, tossing him onto ledges to hit switches or having him squeeze through tight openings. The pair also work together to push and drag heavy objects that neither could move alone, opening new paths through each area. Puzzles built around this two-character setup sit alongside platforming sections, quiet stretches of sneaking past danger and short bursts of faster, reflex-driven action. Underneath the puzzle-solving, the story follows the boy's fears and losses as he works through the weight of a life nearing its end. Each new room asks the player to read both characters' strengths before committing to a solution, rather than relying on reflexes alone.
