BattleStations: Midway

Players command fleets of ships and squadrons of aircraft from a strategic overview, then switch directly into first-person control of individual planes, submarines, and gun turrets during large-scale battles such as the Battle of Midway. This hybrid design lets the player zoom out to issue orders across a whole fleet like a strategy game, then dive into manual control to fight specific threats up close. Campaigns follow both the American and Japanese sides of the historical Pacific naval conflict.

• Fleet Command Direct groups of ships and aircraft across large naval battles.
• Direct Vehicle Control Take manual command of planes, submarines, and ships mid-battle.
• Dual Campaigns Play through the Pacific conflict from two historical perspectives.
• Historical Battles Refight major World War II naval engagements including Midway.
