Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord

The player creates a custom character, recruits and trains troops, and leads them into large-scale battles fought with formation orders, cavalry charges, and direct hand-to-hand combat control over their own character. Beyond the battlefield, the player builds a economy through trade caravans, manages towns and villages, negotiates alliances, arranges marriages, and can eventually found their own kingdom by swearing vassalage to a faction or breaking away to rule independently. Battles scale from small skirmishes to sieges involving hundreds of soldiers with siege equipment such as ladders, rams, and catapults.

• Large-Scale Battles Command formations of troops in battles that can include siege equipment.
• Direct Combat Control Fight personally on foot or horseback using melee and ranged weapons.
• Kingdom Building Manage towns, trade, and diplomacy while working toward founding an independent kingdom.
• Character Persistence Age, marry, and build a lasting reputation across a long campaign.
