Xenoblade Chronicles 3 - Expansion Pass

The base story follows soldiers raised for short lifespans by two warring nations in the merged world of Aionios. Paired characters can fuse mid-fight into stronger combined forms using the Interlink system. Fighters also chain positional Arts for bonus damage based on where they stand relative to an enemy. A full party directs six playable leads plus one recruited Hero at once. This pass bundles four waves of extra content that cannot be bought apart from one another. Early waves add consumable items, character accessories and alternate outfit colors for the six leads. Later waves add a Challenge Battle mode, a new Hero character with matching quests, and swimwear cosmetics. A further wave brings the Archsage's Gauntlet challenge mode, a second Hero and quest line, plus outfits inspired by earlier heroes in the series. The largest piece is a full story scenario set centuries before the main plot. It stars a different fused-fighter team and two returning heroes leading a resistance against a hostile organization. Every wave in this pass requires owning the base Xenoblade Chronicles 3 game. The added characters, modes and story content need the base game to function.
