Gem Smashers

An alien scientist invades Earth, drains its energy and traps its creatures in crystal cells. Three friends escape capture and set out across a chain of worlds to free everyone left behind. The playable character can only smash gems sharing its current color, so progress means bumping into paint blocks to switch shades on demand. Some gems and color-changers hide inside rocks that must be broken open first, and stray death-blocks punish careless bouncing. Story Mode runs through eight worlds and more than a hundred levels, each capped by a boss fight. A separate Battle Mode lets two players race to clear gems against each other. Three characters are available, a crab, a chick and a hedgehog, each with its own speed and bounce, so some clear blocks faster while others reach places the rest cannot. More than fifty bonus pickups alter movement, scoring or gem behavior mid-run, and unlockable special modes extend play once the story ends.
