About this game
Players control the Valkyrie through linear stages, chaining sword strikes, ranged spear attacks, and elemental magic while dodging enemy attacks to build combos and defeat monsters and large bosses. Souls gathered from defeated enemies and slain heroes contribute toward restoring a crumbling world tree, and completing side objectives on each stage raises this world-repair meter further.
The deluxe edition adds extra cosmetic armor sets and accessories for the Valkyrie along with bonus in-game items, letting players customize her appearance and starting gear without changing the core story or stage structure.
- Combo-Based Combat Sword, spear, and magic attacks can be linked into extended combo chains.
- World Restoration Collecting souls from battles helps repair a decaying world tree over the course of the story.
- Boss Encounters Large story bosses test learned combo patterns and dodge timing.
- Deluxe Cosmetics This edition includes extra armor sets and accessory items for the Valkyrie.
