About this game

The player controls Caroline Walker, searching a sprawling, puzzle-filled hospital for two missing twin girls after waking up strapped to a bed with a missing eye. Exploration involves limited ammunition, environmental puzzles that require combining items and manipulating mechanisms, and confrontations with disturbing creatures that can be avoided or fought.

The fixed camera perspective and tank-style navigation echo classic survival horror games, with backtracking through interconnected areas as new keys and tools open previously blocked paths.

Fixed Camera Horror Static camera angles frame exploration through a decaying hospital.
Puzzle-Heavy Progression Item combination puzzles gate access to new areas throughout the story.
Limited Resources Ammunition and healing items are scarce, forcing careful engagement with enemies.
Interconnected Map Areas loop back on each other as new tools open previously sealed doors.
