The Talos Principle

Puzzles combine light-refracting connectors, timed clones of the player's own movements, and drones repurposed as portable jammers, layering tools across garden-like zones that grow more intricate the deeper the player explores, with each solved puzzle rewarding a piece of a larger star-shaped collectible.

Between puzzle chambers, computer terminals scattered through the ruins hold philosophical texts and a persistent, sometimes hostile chat program, and the choices made in conversation with an unseen voice shape a story running quietly underneath the puzzle-solving.

The tone shifts constantly between quiet contemplation and a strange, sometimes darkly funny dialogue with the mysterious voice guiding the player forward. The game never insists on one interpretation of its questions, leaving the player's own choices in conversation to shape what the ending ultimately means.
