The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II

Combat combines melee weapons, firearms, and gadget-based attacks with the support of a spectral companion named Katarina, who offers commentary and combat abilities throughout fights. The player levels up Van Helsing through a skill tree, equips looted gear, and takes on quests that continue the story from the first game. The narrative picks up directly after the previous entry, drawing Van Helsing into a conspiracy that threatens the fragile order he built in Borgovia.

Away from combat, the player manages a growing settlement called the Commonwealth, which provides upgrades and resources over the course of the story. Enemies range from mutated beasts to armored soldiers, encountered across dungeons, forests, and ruined towns, and a second player can join hunts through cooperative play, with randomized loot drops encouraging repeated runs through the same areas.

• Skill Tree Progression Van Helsing gains new abilities and upgrades through an expanding skill tree.
• Spectral Companion Katarina fights alongside Van Helsing and comments on events throughout the story.
• Commonwealth Management The player oversees a growing settlement that provides resources and upgrades.
• Cooperative Hunts A second player can join combat encounters through cooperative play.
