Scrapnaut

Players explore an open world made up of distinct biomes, gathering scrap and resources to build and expand a base from the ground up. Survival needs include managing oxygen levels, farming crops and cooking meals in pots that turn raw ingredients into different recipes. Bases need their own electricity, so players generate and store power to keep machinery, lighting and defenses running. Enemy raids threaten settlements directly, and players craft and upgrade equipment to fight back, though retreating from a fight that's going badly is a legitimate tactic. A game session can shift between single-player and co-op at any point, so a group can join or leave a save without starting over. Building options vary by biome, so the materials and structures available change depending on where a base is located.
