About this game
Players switch between three warrior forms during levels, including a sword-and-shield fighter, a swift dagger-wielding form and a ranged bow-wielding form, each suited to different platforming obstacles and enemy types encountered across hand-drawn stages. Solving a section often means picking the right form for a jump, wall or combat situation rather than relying on one fixed set of abilities. Between levels, illustrated storybook segments narrate the guardians of the dream world and their struggle against encroaching nightmares, framing the action as chapters of a bedtime tale.
- Three Playable Forms Pankapu switches between melee, dagger and ranged forms with different abilities.
- Storybook Narrative Illustrated segments between levels narrate the dream world's story.
- Hand-drawn Levels Stages use hand-drawn art depicting a child's dreamscape.
- Nightmare Boss Fights Each dream guardian's realm ends with a distinct boss encounter.
