Monsters Domain

Playing as an overlord necromancer clawing back lost power, the player moves through dungeons in first-person view, fighting enemies directly with weapons and dark magic spells. Encounters mix melee strikes with necromantic abilities, letting the player weaken or destroy foes before continuing deeper into each dungeon.

Beyond direct combat, the necromancer raises and commands a growing domain of monsters and undead creatures, assembling a small force to fight alongside them or send ahead into danger. Progress ties exploration to this domain: stronger creatures and darker magic become available as the overlord grows more powerful and pushes further into the game's hostile world.

Skills unlocked through necromancy expand both what the overlord can do alone and what the commanded undead can do as a group. Giving the player two connected ways to grow stronger over a single playthrough.
