Four playable characters shape how each run feels. The Buckler holds the line, the Archer strikes from range, the Claymore trades speed for heavy blows, and the Assassin darts between targets. Combat leans on timing: dodging, guarding, and parrying all matter as much as raw damage. Runs pass through thirteen levels drawn from a pool of more than thirty-six generated maps, ending in boss fights against over ten distinct foes. Progression revolves around an elemental power system built on Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth, with each element countering another. Between and during runs you gather from a pool of over three hundred powers, runes, inscriptions, and weapon seals, stacking them into builds that reward experimentation. Synergies between inscriptions and seals can reshape a character entirely, so two runs with the same hero rarely play alike. A matchmaking option pairs you with strangers when friends are offline, while a full offline mode supports solo play. Cosmetic skins and accessories let you dress each character to taste.
