LEGO Jurassic World

Players guide a roster of LEGO minifigures - scientists, park rangers, hunters, and children - through story levels that mix platforming, light puzzle-solving, and combat against roaming dinosaurs. Each character has a unique ability, from using tools to assemble structures out of scattered bricks to distracting predators with objects, and switching between them mid-level is required to unlock hidden areas and collectibles. Outside of story missions, a free-roam hub lets players explore recreations of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, unlocking new dinosaurs to ride and characters to play as by finding hidden tokens and completing side objectives. Dinosaurs themselves are playable in dedicated segments, letting the player smash through fences and chase prey as a T. rex or Velociraptor. The game's humor comes through in silent slapstick cutscenes that reinterpret film moments - a rampaging dinosaur, a control-room standoff - with exaggerated LEGO physics. Two-player local co-op lets a second player drop in and out at any time, making exploration and puzzle-solving a shared pursuit throughout the campaign.
