About this game
The pack adds a set of story quest lines and side tasks to the base game's open medieval landscape, giving players additional missions to undertake as protagonist Henry alongside the original campaign. New content includes a jousting tournament to compete in, a companion questline involving a band of mercenaries, and quests that let players temporarily control a different traveling character. The added storylines can be started at various points during the main campaign, without requiring a fresh playthrough.
Because it builds on Kingdom Come's grounded, historically-inspired combat and dialogue systems, the added quests use the same weapon-based melee fighting, lockpicking, and conversation mechanics as the main game rather than introducing new systems of their own.
- Tournament Quest Line A new jousting and melee tournament questline lets Henry compete against other fighters for prizes.
- Companion Storyline A dedicated quest arc follows a band of mercenary companions across the countryside.
- Alternate Playable Sections Certain quests hand control to a different traveling character for a change of perspective.
- Historical Setting Content All new content stays within the same 15th-century Bohemian setting as the base campaign.
