Kamiwaza: Way of the Thief

Where an amateur thief named Ebizo sneaks past guards and pickpockets targets to fund medicine for the ailing girl he raised as his own.

Playing as Ebizo, you slip through crowded streets and guarded manors without drawing attention, timing your movements to stay out of enemies' sightlines. Successful pickpocketing chains build a combo meter, and the longer the streak the more valuable the haul becomes. Getting spotted forces a scramble to break line of sight before guards close in, so patience and observation matter more than confrontation.

The story branches according to the choices you make as Ebizo weighs who deserves to be robbed and who does not. Shaping his reputation as either a ruthless opportunist or a thief with a conscience. Flashback sequences fill in his past with his mentor Ainosuke and the tragedy that pushed him into an honest decade of raising Suzuna, the girl he now needs to save.
