Hell Warders

Before each wave, the player places defensive units such as archers, knights, mages and catapults along the approach. Positioning and upgrading these units decides how long the defense line can hold. Once the fight begins, control shifts to one of three heroes, each with unique weapons and abilities. Heroes fight directly on the front line, cutting down waves of demons and clashing with towering bosses. Clearing a stage earns beacons, a currency spent on permanent skill upgrades and artifacts. These upgrades carry over between runs, so both the heroes and the defenses grow stronger over time. The game supports solo play against the demon horde or cooperative matches with up to four players. Online matchmaking lets players team up without needing a pre-formed group. Success depends on balancing time spent building defenses against time spent fighting, since a weak line collapses under pressure no matter how skilled the heroes are.
