About this game
The player fights through hostile soldiers and monsters using Ardyn's own set of dark, shape shifting combat abilities, which differ from the weapon based fighting style of the main game's party. The short campaign fills in backstory, explaining how Ardyn became immortal and what drove him to oppose the kingdom of Lucis. It closes with a final confrontation that recontextualizes events from the base game's ending.

- Unique Abilities Combat uses shape shifting and dark magic powers specific to Ardyn.
- Backstory Chapter Explains Ardyn's history and motivation before the main game's events.
- Standalone Campaign A short, self-contained story that connects directly to the ending of Final Fantasy XV.
