Balan Wonderworld

Each chapter dramatizes a character's inner turmoil or memory, and the player runs, jumps, and uses costume powers such as gliding fins or bouncing outfits to reach hidden Balan Statues and collectibles scattered through the stage. Costumes can be swapped freely by picking up new ones mid-level, and losing a hit strips the current costume rather than costing a life outright.

A hub area called Wonderworld connects the chapters and ties together two playable protagonists, Leo and Emma, whose stories intersect through the mysterious ringmaster Balan. The game favors light platforming challenge and exploration over combat, with an emphasis on discovering every costume's specific effect.

• Costume Abilities Over eighty costumes each grant a distinct movement or interaction power.
• Two Protagonists Leo and Emma each have their own chapters and personal storylines.
• Chapter-Based Worlds Levels are built around symbolic representations of a character's memories.
• Hub Exploration Wonderworld links chapters and hides additional collectibles to find.
