What happens to my orders?

They are kept. Your order emails still work, and buyer protection still covers your orders. If you sign in again later with the same email, a new account starts and your past orders show up in it again.

What does an account store?

Your email address, the name you last checked out with, when you signed in, and your sign-in sessions. Nothing else. See the [privacy policy](/privacy).

Can I just sign out instead?

Yes. Select **Sign out** in your account, or **Sign out on all devices** to end every session.

How do I delete my Andalu account?

You can delete your Andalu account yourself, any time. Deleting it removes your account and signs you out on every device. Your order records stay on file for as long as our [privacy policy](/privacy) says, because we need them for refunds, buyer protection and the law, and you can still get help with any order by email.
