How do I sign in to my Andalu account?
You sign in to Andalu with your email address and a 6-digit code we email you. There is no password to remember and no link to click. The first time you sign in, the code creates your account, and every order you placed with that email shows up in it, including orders from before you had an account.
Where can I see my past orders and receipts?
Sign in to your account to see every order sent to your email address, newest first: the order number, the date, what you bought, the total and where it is now. Select an order to see its receipt and its status. Orders you placed as a guest show up too, as long as they went to the same email.
How do I delete my Andalu account?
You can delete your Andalu account yourself, any time. Deleting it removes your account and signs you out on every device. Your order records stay on file for as long as our [privacy policy](/privacy) says, because we need them for refunds, buyer protection and the law, and you can still get help with any order by email.
