Cosmetic items and five single-player puzzle missions, and it requires the base game to play.

The base game puts small teams of worms against each other in turn-based battles fought with an arsenal of exaggerated weapons. From grenades and bazookas to absurd novelty items, on destructible terrain that changes shape as the fight goes on. This pack dresses that same battlefield in a carnival setting, with fairground scenery and matching music and sound replacing the standard presentation in both local and online matches.

Five new single-player puzzle missions are set inside the carnival theme, each built around a specific solution rather than open combat, with the same narrator guiding the player through as before. Four new weapons join the arsenal, plus a matching gravestone, two trinkets and two accessories for customizing a worm's appearance, and a new soundbank for battle chatter.
