War Hospital: X-ray

In the base game, players run an isolated field hospital near the front line during the First World War. They triage incoming wounded, assign limited medical staff, and defend the site as enemy forces close in. Every choice, who gets treated first, which supplies to stretch, who to evacuate, carries weight for morale and survival. This chapter adds an exclusive storyline built around Marie Curie, who sets up her mobile X-ray van near the hospital. Assisting her opens access to X-ray diagnostics for wounded soldiers, letting players make faster and more informed treatment calls. The chapter runs alongside the hospital's usual pressures rather than replacing them, so triage, staffing and defense decisions continue as normal. It adds roughly five hours of additional content on top of the base campaign. Returning players get a fresh objective built around a real historical figure's contribution to military medicine.
