A class-free skill system lets each soldier grow through passive abilities, varied ammunition types, and gear upgrades rather than locking them into a fixed role. Loadouts draw from a wide pool of weapon and gadget combinations, rewarding careful squad composition over any single strategy. A multi-layered difficulty system scales the challenge across single missions and longer operations. The campaign supports solo play or a second commander via local co-op multiplayer. Between deployments, faction standing shapes which contracts and resources become available, adding a management thread to the tactical combat.
