Two Point Hospital: Close Encounters

Players design hospital layouts, place rooms and equipment, and hire staff to diagnose and treat patients suffering from the game's invented, often comedic illnesses, with this expansion introducing new alien-themed conditions and treatment rooms.

New levels task players with managing hospitals in locations tied to the extraterrestrial theme, adding fresh layout challenges alongside the series' existing staff and patient-flow management systems.

The expansion keeps the core loop of building efficient hospitals and balancing patient care against costs, layered with new cosmetic and thematic content specific to its setting.

• New Levels Adds hospital locations themed around alien encounters.
• Themed Illnesses Introduces new invented conditions and matching treatment rooms.
• Hospital Design Players place rooms, equipment, and staff to run an efficient hospital.
• Staff Management Hiring and training staff remains central to patient treatment.
